I have made this blog so I can let you guys know a little about myself, and provide you with the information to help you reach your fitness goals.
Back in 2011 I had an operation to try and fix my breathing problems, after the operation I became very sick and it took about 12 weeks for me to even think about getting back in the gym.
Even once I began in the gym I had to take it extremely slow and easy.
In these 12 weeks I lost around 10kgs (22lbs), I looked extremely skinny and unhealthy and new I would have to work hard to bring my weight back up to where I was.
I wrote myself a few workouts and an eating plan and have stuck to it for about 3 months now.
Since I began back in the gym I have gained 13kgs (28lbs) and am feeling stronger and better than ever.
Health and Fitness is my life, and I hope to make it a strong part of yours as well.
