Well I see so many people who think they drink enough water but I am willing to bet that they’re not, people don’t realise how good water is for your body. Staying well hydrated is one of the most important tips I can give you.
My tip to you is to simple carry a water bottle with you EVERYWHERE, even if your just driving down to the shops grab a bottle and take it with you. Always try and have water available and remember stay hydrated and stay healthy.
